My daughter Advika never sleeps in day time after returning from school and sleep at late night and wake up late in the morning. That so why she feel tired. please guide me what to do in this condition

A. Hello my dear parent ! Make your child sleep early in the night so that your child will have a good long enough Sleep till morning. Give your child very healthy diet and keep hydrated all day. Good luck and take care.
