my daughter Aavya is having severe dandruff in hair I have used som many anti dandruff shampoos, hone remedies also but not get relief. I don't know it's actually dandruff or something else. How it can be treated now. Once I have visited to dermatologist also he said this is lice egg shells. He advised medicine also that time it was treated. but now again is same problem.
