My daughter 8 year old is having nausea and vomiting since 2 days giving syp ondem still she is not keeping well. She is also having watering of eyes. Can this be gastris.

A. probably baby is having infection For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
