mam i am 8 th month pregnant, since yesterday i am not feeling well due to nausea and vomiting (twice) and from Last night i had bodyache ,is there anything serious

Maybe these are just the symptoms of pregnancy that are showing now so I would just suggest you to be on the safe side by consulting your gynaecologist if there’s anything the doctor need to help you with Dr would advise you accordingly after examining your situation
