mainly related with growth 8n vertical direction.
do oil massage before sleep. another possibility is deficiency of vitamin d level,
please check vitamins d level.
is there any swelling or rashover limb please consult physically to near by orthopedics

some time it is happened due to growth pain
otherwise it is happened due to deficiency of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
