Q.
my daughter 5 years old and weigh 20 kg. she had fever 101.6 F , gave her 7ml paracetamol. after 20 min it's increase to 103 F. sponging her continuesly ,after 2 hrs temperature reduce. next time may I give her increase her dose ?

dont give paracetomol in increased dose.
7 ml is fine.
keep doing telid sponging with room temprature water, and if no imprivement, kindkl meet your doctor.
