my daughter 4years and3months old, her weight is 12.5kg.She also eat properly but not increase weight. Her skin is dry, please suggested me.

it might happen because of low absorption of calories , indigestion , worm Infection or nutritional deficiencies.
so you have to consult your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
as your pediatrician can give right guidance after examining your child.
