ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth as soon as 3-6 months. if you're seeing signs of teething then gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
