My daughter(3yrs) and Son (8yrs) both will get infected very frequently during weather change. How can I protect them from seasonal infection.

It seems like both kids are having allergy and because of allergy only this kind of situation is common to be seen where as soon as the weather changes the kids catch cold and special running nose and sneezing so I think for both the kids you should consult an allergy expert to get the allergies test done to know what all is your child allergic to and treatment on that basis itself
