Find out different ways to include it into the diet of your child also I am telling you this that of keep offering the same food of the child does not he don’t replace it with milk or anything that your child likes because when we do it kids make it a point not to eat what what you offer so you just have to offer when the child will be hungry the child will be bound to eat what you offer
