Q.

my daughter 2yrs old but her height and weight is not good according to the age she is only 8.5kg can u please suggest what to do?

A. You should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Give fruits like banana, apple, papaya, chickoo. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give dry fruits like almonds, raisins, walnuts, dates.
