Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement .
avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation.
you can also give rice preparations oatmeals, curd preparations, and daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided.
if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get sa ujtisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food.
Important is that you need to give a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age.

U Should consult a nutritionist once they can advise you with the right things that should be a part of your child died for sure going to help and healthy weight gain and overall growth also there any deficiency in the body which is leading to less weight gain it will also be met with the food and supplement suggested by the doctor
