ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! There is scope to boost your child's weight in order to boost overall growth and development. Please give her balanced, nutritious and home cooked meals. Make ragi, banana, paneer, curd, sprouts, dals etc part of her diet.
Give her small and frequent meals including - nuts ladoo, banana peanut butter milkshake, cheese paneer tikki, aloo palak paratha, sprouts chaat etc.
