My daughter 2.8 years old's teeth has discoloration. Attached image. Is this because of any deficiency?

A. Images is not available but sometimes when you do not brush the teeth properly there could be a possibility of discretion for the same and sometimes it could be due to some deficiency also so better to get it checked with her dentist for better c
