My daughter 2.3 yr old wakes up at 4 am and cry to go outside or asks phone , screaming continuously, can I get some help to sort this issue

Maam your child is addicted to screen or phone I don’t know for how long have you been showing screen to the child from what age and how many hours in a day but these are the side effects of the screen which I can feel with what you are mentioning so just try to comfort your child and that will be helpful and when your child cries like this just lift your child into your lab comfort your child give some water calm your child down don’t take your child out don’t give TV time or Screen Time even if the child is crying for a while it’s Alright but if you don’t cater the unnecessary need the pattern is automatically going to change
