Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits cereals khichadi curd rice milk products like cheese butter porridge sweet potatoes and eggs etc
It’s good for weight gain
A child is more likely to eat foods that are colorful cut into fun shapes
Invest in cookie cutters that can create fun shapes out of sandwiches
try creating a rainbow out of brightly colored fruits and vegetables Another option is to use colorful plates
