My daughter 1year 2 months, she is vary active but shi is vary thin and Wight 8.6 kg. Which food jive her to look fat.

Hi mommy Weight is absolutely normal Give three meal and two snacks Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits cereals khichadi curd rice milk products like cheese butter porridge sweet potatoes and eggs etc It’s good for weight gain A child is more likely to eat foods that are colorful cut into fun shapes Invest in cookie cutters that can create fun shapes out of sandwiches try creating a rainbow out of brightly colored fruits and vegetables Another option is to use colorful plates
