my cousins sis who is 3years old, passed green colour stools morning and evening ...wat might b the reason ? please help

A. Green colour motion can ve dyeto some green leafy vegetables or iron supplement so if the stools are foul smelling watery then you should consult your paediatrician and gice more Probiotic like curd rice banana and fermented foods which are, easy to digest
