my childs fever is getting down after taking medicine but again it comes back from 3 days.He is also taking antibiotics. what to do ?

A. kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting msedicine. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be cshanged in the medicines .
