from last few days mild fever 99- 100 comes ....after giving medicine it's come down again next day come.... teeth also come

A. hi. .it might be teething fever. mostely teething fever is low grade fever. increase breast feeding yiur baby. . yiu can give calpol dtops if it is more then 100 f
