my childis 4.4 .she is alate talker..she says everything but routine conversation is missing h a shld I improve her clear vocabulary and stop talking to herself

are you giving screen exposure like tv mobile iPad for more than one hour?
if yes then you must decrease this.
keep talking with your child more
point out different objects and talk with your child about it
ask simple questions like Which fruit he or she want to eat , apple or pomegranate?
it will definitely help
but never force your child.
