My child was one year 6 months old and he was eating nothing from last 2 days and he was getting vomiting sensation What I should How can I make him eat

A. hi it happens because of many reasons like indigestion , overfeeding, constipation, infection etc so please offer small and frequent meal provide natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child. don't force feed or overfeed your child keep your child hydrated maintain good hygiene.
