Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hello Make sure to avoid sugary drinks, packaged foods, chips, chocolates, bread, cakes, farsan sweets completely Include lot of salads , vegetables, fruits nuts in childs recipes for good health. Give buttermilk , lemon juice, curd for good digestion
