Q.

My child speaks less with us and ignore others if they ask anything. but he knows everything please suggest me

A. thats adamant. be calm. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentsee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. he knows many rhymes, he knows alphabets he knows all animals ,fruit, vegetables, shapes and numbers . he is busy with his toys but ignors us when we are teaching him some words. he only speak essential words

A. Hello mom Every baby‘s behaviour is different so you should not worry about it at all. Rather than this if your baby is active and taking proper meals on time then everything is fine And nothing to worry about. If your baby is not a speaking well then in such case you can join the speech therapy Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
