Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and if he is under weight then wait till he is 2.5 kg and give BCG vaccination and opv zero dose with hepatitis B too

generally after taking DPT vaccine there will be pain fever redness at injection site moreover this vaccine to be given intramuscularly if baby is not having proper weight you can wait for another one month no problem
