my child often getting cold and blocked nose. how to overcome that

A. Hello good morning !! Due to weather change -monsoons common cold and flu in babies is common. Give warm water ,foods like nuts powder,citrus fruits, ginger,pepper,probiotic curd for boosting immunity.
