My child of 6 yrs age suddenly fells down while running, I have done x_ray of the left leg also but it doesn't show any deformity ,what can be the reason

A. So there is no problem that of your child has fallen down while running a lot of times kids can fall down while running or walking that’s normal maybe a nutritional deficiency and sometimes it is that of balance your child may have is falling while running does not indicate any problem actually
