Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective. take care to have calcium and Vitamin D3

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi it should be result of muscular pain due to twist or spasm or it happens because of vitamin D 3 deficiencies please take calcium rich food items more take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day avoid lifting heavy object
