Q.

Hi doc, i m 33 year old. I feel back pain. Even i did all test like MRI and X-ray. Everthing alright but still i feel pain its almost one month what i need to do.

A. if all the reports are normal you can just follow your doctor's advice and do simple stretching exercises with adequate sleep to recover from this it may take some time also

A. Walk, Walk, Walk – Though moving around with a back pain might be the last thing you might have on mind. But trust us, walking is the safest exercise. You can start immediately after a normal delivery or even after a C-section. You can also opt for yoga to strengthen your strained muscles.
