my child is under weight? what did I do

A. dear parent, what is the weight of your child? if your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, then do not worry. for healthy weight gain, give 3 meals in a day and 2 healthy snacks in between. the meals should be wholesome having a variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits. dairy products like curd, paneer, cheese. nuts and dry fruits. control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages.
