Q.

my child is solely on top feed (aptamil). so when i should start solids for her? he's about to 4 months old.

A. Hello mom if he is able to hold his head well you may start otherwise ideally from the age of 5 months weaning foods can be introduced to them, you can give them , first liquid consistency foods and then gradually move to semi Solids and mashed foods
