my child is picky eater and since 1 week he suffering from cold n nasal congestion from 1 week he is not taking proper food even we give little amount also I'm worried he is 10.5 kg age 2yrs 11 month

A. Cold is so irritating sometimes that they refuse to eat anything so prefer giving more of warm and comfortable food like you can give soups you can give liquid Khichdi or porridge any of these things which is easy for the child to consume
