my child is not well he is continuously suffering from vomit and motions from last 4 days pls suggest something

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. s
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motionz is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. z
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk
