my son is 4 days old ...he is crying continuously please suggest something

A. sir now i don't have Gastric drop...please suggest something else he not sleeping from night 1.30

A. it may be colic pain .Colic pain is common in babies till 1 yr of age mostly . Feed only mother milk to baby and burp well after feed for 15 to 20 mins . Gastica drop 1 ml can be given 2 to 3 times a day
