Q.
my child is not speaking , according to his age.he is 3 years and 2 months old and he just repeat what he listen in the environment. what to do in it.

So that means that speech is not a problem with your child it is just that your child does not know how to speak sensible words and maybe your child is just repeating every thing I believe there could be one possibility that you give in too much of screen time to the child so when you do not do actual conversation and the child is learning most from a screen then they tend to repeat the things that they’re looking at Sims so if you are giving screen time you need to stop that and try to converse I communicate more with your child on a personal level otherwise just to check with a speech therapist as well
