My child is not speaking 5 word sentences properly and also his voice is not so clear in some words , so what should I do for it?

A. Hi Mom Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Take a good care of your baby Give healthy protein rich nutritious food Do some light exercise yoga regularly Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Maintain hygiene Stay hydrated
