My child is not getting enough milk, I am getting very less milk, can you tell me the supplement for this

Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement this is something that you can take three times in the day with warm milk usually benefits a lot and increasing the lactation yet if you do not eat helping you then you can start giving formula made the child
