my child is not gaining weight he is 19 months old.his teeth are erupting.few days he will be ok and rest few days he will either get cold or fever.how should I take care of him?

A. ok ck. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise
