Q.

My child is not gaining weight although taking meals on time. He is 4.5 years old and weighs around 14.5 Kg. Please help me to know which food items should I include in his meal.

A. Hello Gi e 4 to 5 meals of home cooked foods Add caloric dense foods like ghee almonds walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado paneer cheese potato sweet potato to child's recipes for Healthy weight gain
