My daughter is 5 years old and weighs 14 kg and she is leaner than the body. what to do to gain weight?

Hello mom not to worry if she is active for her age and is also eating well it’s fine , you can give her stuff paranthas made with panner , potatoes etc , eggs , dry fruits and nuts, variety of dals , rajma , chana , etc , milk , panner , ghee , sago , soya ,fruits such as banana, avocado, mango, chikku eyc
