my child is hyper what should I do please suggest any idea

A. Hello good afternoon !! Being active is different from hyper. Check if the kid is active and good at speech ,gross and fine motor skills ,can sit and concentrate on work,play,mingle with other kids then ok. But if the kid has hyper active disorder then go for assessment with Developmental Paediatrician.
