My child is hyper active and some communication issues Please help

Hyper is quite a problem these days with kids but it has become very normal so if you’re facing issues with the behaviour or speech of the child I would recommend you you can consult a speech therapist for speech clarity and exercises would be good apart from that also recommend you to try taking homeopathic treatment for the hyper activity issue of your child
