my child is having pain and bleeding sometime when he is going for toilet.

A. Are you talking about pain and bleeding from the anus or from the urinary opening? If it is from the anus, it means that the child could be having an anal fissure.

A. better to consult a good physician..but it can be due to severe constipation which has caused a small tear in his anal area due to which bleeding and pain during defecation will be there..can start with sitz bath and apply any oil (better to use jathyadi tail) in anal opening area before and after defecation to make that area soft and free from abrasion..give him a good fibrous diet and plenty of fluids to prevent constipation..
