my child is having motion problem going motion plenty of times but not free ,sitting very Low amount many times and it has Bad smell

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. probably that can be chances of indigestion or infection the baby is having loose motions please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with ORS coconut water and enterogermina tubes to the baby to avoid dehydration
