my child is four months old but my stomach still looks lik am three months pregnant... what should I do for lowery tummy i have tied belt only for one month after that I was getting stomach pain so i removed if i continue to wear belt now is it will be useful to reduce my tummy

The belt does not help in reducing down your tummy it only keeps it in place so that it does not become soggy so later on you can go ahead with exercise and workout want to quit breastfeeding and once your internal stitches heal completelyWrite Your Answer Here
