my child is accidentally vaccinated for DPT booster twice at age 5 and now at age 6 ,11 months apart. is this ok or have any side effects ? I'm quite worried.

No it is not going to lead to any side effects so do not worry about it but this kind of things should not happen you need to talk to your doctor about it actually give two boosters like this because at the end of the day is not very healthy but yes it’s not going to create any negative impact on your child
