my child is 9mnths old ,he is having lil white spots on his cheeks ,what shud I do?

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pitygyriasis Alba which is aggiravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
