my child is 9 month old and there is roughness in both of her arms the skin on chin nose and toes are very sensitive become reddish colour frequently with peeling off skin over there is it eczema ? which cream should I use for her

In such case you should definitely consider the dermatologist about it because doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. And you should try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently.
