my child is 7 months old does he needs more water. he is now having both brest milk and other complimentary foods

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi, it's better to breast feed mote than giving water. breast milk and formula are still more important than water. But you can begin to introduce it in very less amount.
