Q.
my child is 6 years old... since two month he has been suffering with a problem that whenever we go for party or attend marriage ceremony or birthday party he take his meal properly but when done he is vommiting.. can't be able to digest... but at home he is ok

Over eating can be the reason..
As there is variety of food which is also very attractive, kids tend to eat beyond their capacity. So make sure that ur child eats that much which is required..
