Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins. Give one boiled egg per day. Give peanut butter. Give bananas, papaya, watermelon, avocados, pears, mangoes etc. Give all seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables.
